Registering Your Tree Day Site

If you are ready to register a site you can either register online or download one of the forms below. Fill it out and fax it back to the National Tree Day Hotline on 02 4757 8980.

  • School Site Registration form (114k pdf)
    Use this form to register School sites only (these sites are not advertised as open to the public).
  • Public Site Registration form (103k pdf)
    Use this form to register a site where members of the local community are invited to attend. Details of the site will be publicised through the web site and hotline.
  • Private Site Registration form (93k pdf)
    Use this form to register a site where you are not a school and do not wish to have the site advertised as open to the public.

Forms You May Need On The Day

  • Volunteer Registration form (155k pdf)
    For Insured Cover: Get everyone at your site, including you, to fill in their details before planting so that they are covered by Planet Ark's Volunteer and Public Liability insurance. Note that school children do not need to be listed here if they already appear on a class role (no need to send these in!)
  • Accident/Incident Report form (112k pdf)
    For sites on Insured dates: Have copies of this form on hand in case you need to report an accident or incident to Planet Ark.
  • Photo Release Form (72k pdf)
    So that we can share your Tree Day photos with the world!
  • Results Form (277k pdf)
    Make your efforts count and let us know your results from the day! You can also enter your results online by logging in and going to you coordinator page, or over the phone by calling the Tree Day Hotline on 1300 88 5000.
  • Risk Assessment Guidelines Template (98k pdf)
    Use this template to assess the risk of your Tree Day site to minimise the occurrence of any incidents.
