Site Registration Forms
If
you are ready to register a site you can either register online or download one of the forms below.
Fill it out and fax it back to the National Tree Day Hotline on 02 4757
8980.
- 'Public Site Registration' form. (203k pdf)
Use this form to register a site where members of the local community are invited to attend. Details of the site will be publicised through the web site and hotline. -
'School Site Registration' form.

Use this form to register School sites only (these sites are not advertised as open to the public).
- 'Private Site Registration' form. (182k pdf)
Use this form to register a site where you are not a school and do not wish to have the site advertised as open to the public.

For sites on Insure dates: Get everyone at your site, including you, to fill in their details before planting so that they are covered by Planet Ark's Volunteer and Public Liability insurance.
